2. Online Booking Services<\/p>\n
Customers can book an appointment via the website, the reservation is confirmed electronically, while **payment is only made on site** at the store.<\/p>\n
In case of delay or force majeure, the business reserves the right to inform the customer and adjust \u2013 if necessary \u2013 the appointment.<\/p>\n
3. Purchase Gift Cards<\/p>\n
* Digital gift cards are available for massage services with a specific value and a validity of one year.<\/p>\n
* The purchase is made electronically through a secure payment link of the National Bank.<\/p>\n
* Sent via e-mail<\/p>\n
* If purchased electronically, redemption can be made at all my massage stores in and outside Attica<\/p>\n
* If purchased from a physical store, redemption is made exclusively at the store where it was issued<\/p>\n
* The redemption of the gift card concerns exclusively my massage services and products and cannot be refunded<\/p>\n
* It is not refundable or exchangeable for cash.<\/p>\n
4. Online Store (e-shop)<\/p>\n
* All prices include VAT.<\/p>\n
* Delivery takes place within 3\u20135 business days after order confirmation<\/p>\n
5. Shipping Policy<\/p>\n
Orders are shipped either via a partner courier company or by free pick-up from the store. The cost of shipping by courier is as follows: from \u20ac3.75 for deliveries within Attica, \u20ac7 for the rest of Greece.<\/p>\n
6. Returns Policy<\/p>\n
Right of Withdrawal<\/p>\n
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with Law 2251\/1994.<\/p>\n
